This means that you will have to do a lot of backtracking to get back to the safe zone in the middle. On top of all that, the blue dots are moving very quickly, requiring you to do the same. If you can operate quickly, you should be able to get through this level. However, it may take a few tries before you are used to the speed that you have to go.
